About the Products

The water resistance of our watches is 3 ATM. This means they can withstand splashing water and rain. We recommend that you avoid direct contact with water, for example by swimming, diving or showering. 

The mesh strap can be cleaned with a slightly moistened cloth. Make sure that the case does not come into contact with a lot of water. For cleaning the case and the glass we recommend a glasses cleaning cloth.

Fold down the closure flap so that the logo is no longer visible. Now you can see a small slit in the cap. Open it by inserting the enclosed tool into the slot and carefully levering up the cap. Now you can move the clasp along the bracelet to set the correct size. To maintain the correct position, press the cap down firmly. 

User Account

When you create a user account, your personal information may be stored to facilitate future order processing. You'll also get an overview of past purchases and invoices. 

A user account is not necessary to shop with us. 

Order & Delivery

If your order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation is possible. Please send us a contact form or an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation" and make sure to include your order number, then we will refund your money via the chosen payment method, if a cancellation is possible. If your parcel has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can, however, exercise your 30-day right of withdrawal.

A change of your order is unfortunately not possible. If your parcel is not shipped yet, a cancellation is possible. If your order is shipped, you can exercise your 30-day right of withdrawal.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the delivery address. Please send us a contact form or an e-mail with your order number and your request. The delivery time may be delayed. 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail. If you do not receive the tracking number within the specified shipping time, please contact our customer service immediately. 

We make every effort to deliver your desired product in perfect condition. Should this not be the case despite our careful checks, please contact our customer service immediately. We will process your request as soon as possible. 

Once your package has been shipped, we will email you your tracking number. You must enter your tracking number on the official DHL website at dhl.com

We offer free shipping for all EU countries. If this is available for your country, you have the option to choose paid express shipping. All shipping costs and times can be found here.

If you would like to return your order, please use our contact form or email support@luisblanco.com to contact customer service. We will process your request and send you a return receipt by email, which you can use to return the package free of charge.

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and refund your money via the selected payment method.

The return is free of charge for you.

The warranty covers all defects and faults caused by the manufacturer or dealer. Defects caused by improper handling of the product are not covered.

You have 2 years warranty on your watch from the time of purchase. In case of any defects that are not excluded from the warranty, you can claim your watch within the warranty period.
